Blair and his team have been our automotive mechanic shop of choice in Nelson for many years. Midtown Motors is an extremely competent, fair, honest and reliable shop. If you feel these guys haven't treated you exceptionally well, the problem is definitely you. Can't recommend high enough!

Blaire and his crew kept my old beater rav4 in great condition. top notch work in affordable price and honesty. once I got qouted for $500 labour in a shop in castlegar, I took it to Blair he only charged me for $100. Every time I need help on my vehicle they never turned me down, they fit me in as soon as possible. Highly recommend.

By far, the best mechanic I've ever been to! As a young woman with little to no mechanical background, I've never felt comfortable bringing my vehicle into the shop and have been taken advantage of numerous times. I've taken my Chevy Trailblazer in to Midtown Motors a couple times over the past few months and have had exceptional, down-to-earth, friendly and honest service. As if this isn't enough, they seem to have the most inexpensive prices in town. I would highly recommend Midtown Motors!!

Blair's an awesome person and a great mechanic. Very knowledgeable at diagnosing issues, provides good advice around what needs to be fixed right away and what can wait, and bills fairly for the time it takes to fix things. Has saved us thousands in labor versus taking our cars to the dealership.

Absolutely brilliant service here. Quick, reliable, they do a fantastic job for a good price, and offer fantastic customer service. We've used them the whole time we've been in Nelson (for a service, replaced front suspension, and repair to foot brake) and would recommend them without a doubt.
